Wow…this labor day weekend was hectic so I am just getting around to sitting down to enjoy this amazing piece of art!! Incredible work to the entire cast and crew. Blake I wasnt familiar with this term before watching this film, especially seeing someone so young go in for such but it was really touching and I felt for her the entire time and wanted to say exactly what she said people always said to her…you’re too young, you have your entire life ahead of you, things will get better, but I felt hopeless that I couldnt reach her. Great work Brynne!!
And to my favorite star herself, Kimberly Steele, my goodness that camera loves you! You looked incredible and acting was superb as always. I was like wait, she looks way too regal and pulled together to be at this point in life, the epitome of I dont look like what I’ve been through, though I guess 3 ex husbands might have contributed. Lol. Well done Kim!!
I loved a lot of shot choices as well too help tell this story with the bracelet and fidgeting with the wrist tag to show the nervousness. The empty chair as she is about to go back and the shot of her and the nurse reflection in the window as they walk to the back. Beautiful stuff!!
Overall this was a touching story with great acting, directing and cinematography, wardrobe choices and of course Davina had everyone looking flawless. I can see why you all are winning all the awards already. Congratulations to all of you!
