Lionel Boyce is an American actor, writer, and producer best known for his breakout performance as Marcus Brooks on the critically acclaimed FX comedy-drama series The Bear. Born on May 9, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, Boyce began his career as a creative collaborator within the Odd Future collective, contributing as a writer, performer, and producer across television and digital projects before transitioning into mainstream acting. His early television credits included voice work on The Jellies! and guest appearances on series such as Hap and Leonard, while he also produced and appeared in the web series Jasper and Errol’s First Time, demonstrating his versatility behind and in front of the camera.
