Jasmin Savoy Brown is an American actress recognized for her dynamic work across television and film, emerging as one of the standout young performers in contemporary genre and ensemble storytelling. Born in Springfield, Oregon, Brown began her acting career with guest roles on popular television series such as Grimm, The Fosters, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine before gaining wider attention with a recurring role as Evangeline “Evie” Murphy on HBO’s acclaimed drama The Leftovers. She continued to build her television résumé with appearances in series including Stitchers, Love, and the TNT drama Will, where she portrayed Emilia Bassano, as well as a series-regular role as Allison Adams on the legal drama For the People.
